Ever Wonder...

Have you ever wonder why your clothes do not last as long as you expect them to be? Fret not! I am here to share some simple-to-follow tips of mine.








(1) To seal the button threads of your clothes, dab the center of each button with clear nail polish.

(2) To remove lint from a small area quickly, wrap scotch tape around your finger with the sticky side out to remove them from your clothes.
**You can also make your own lint remover!!
Firstly, roll up a magazine / find a kitchen paper roll. Secondly, wrap scotch tape around it with the sticky side out. Tada...your own lint remover done!

(3) To enable the zipper of your clothes to work smoothly, rub the zipper teeth occasionally with wax / candle.








(4) To protect your beaded / fragile clothes from fraying, put them into a laundry mesh bag (which comes in various sizes) instead of putting them straight into the washing machine.






(5) Store white / light-coloured clothes in a garment bag (which comes in various lengths & sizes) to prevent them from turning yellow while keeping them in your closet if you do not wear them frequently. You can also keep suits, gowns or even winter clothes to protect them from dust or moisture.
